We're Lauren Harriss & Ian Stevens, company directors, husband & wife team and investors based on the border of North Essex/ East Hertfordshire.
We founded HS Collective in March 2024 after having had personal experience in buy-to-let and full property renovations, with a background rooted in family investment. We now combine hands-on expertise with industry knowledge to offer a client-focused approach at the heart of everything we do.​

Private Investment (Angel Investing)
This is where individuals choose to invest directly with us in property projects. Investors provide the funds, and we handle everything else; from finding and buying the property, through refurbishment, to selling or renting it out. Your role is hands-off: once your investment is in place, you can sit back while we do the work. In return, we provide agreed returns, secured with proper legal documentation, and regular updates along the way.
Joint Ventures
This is where we partner with you to buy and develop a property together. You provide the funding, we bring the deal, the expertise, and manage the whole process from start to finish. The property is purchased in a new company that we own 50/50, and once the project is complete, profits are shared equally. It’s a true partnership; you share ownership of the asset while benefiting from our experience, contacts, and know-how to make the most of the opportunity.
